THE PRESCRIBED SANCTIFICATION OF GOD'S HOLY TEMPLE
II Chronicles 29:5-8,10,11,15,16

The temple in Israel is divided into three parts:
-The outer court
-Inner court
-The holy of holies
God's habitation during the time of the children of Israel was a tabernacle and latter a specifically designed temple. It was to be the holiest and cleanest of all the houses in the land.
The ministers of God are to be holy because we represent God here on earth. In the new testament, believer are now the temple of God. The ministers who is keeping the house of God must be as holy as possible it is on this side of heaven.
II Timothy 2:21
The holiness of ministers of God is not to be compared to anyone but as holy as the blood of Jesus can; As holy as calvary can; As holy as the second work of grace can sanctify

1. MEANINGFUL TERMS FOR EXPERIENTIAL SANCTIFICATION
These terms are:
_Sanctification - I Thessalonians 4:3,4; II Thessalonians 2:13; Ephesians 5:25-27; I Thessalonians 5:22-24; Hebrews 13:12-14
_Circumcision of heart - Deuteronomy 30:6; Romans 2:29
_Purity of heart - Matthew 5:8; Psalm 24:3,4; _Holiness and righteousness - Luke 1:74,75

2. MINISTERIAL THIRST FOR ESSENTIAL SANCTIFICATION
Matthew 5:6
Thirst is a feeling of dryness. It is a yearning that pushes you for a refreshing water. Spiritual thirst is similar this, in that it makes you seek God.(Matthew 5:6). The way we thirst after God will show whether we really love God Psalm 42:1,2; 63:1,2.
Because of the longing drive and desire for more of God, He fills us up - Isaiah 44:3; 55:1-3
Hebrews 13:20,21; Genesis 17:1,7; Jeremiah 31:31; 32:39,40; Ezekiel 36:25-27
