There are three things that you are to are to place serious moderation on if you must go far in life. Viz:
- Sleep
- Talk
- Food

- Sleep: Sensitive issues are discussed when most people are asleep. Critical decisions are taken in the dark hours of the night when several hundreds of thousands of people are in the dreamland journey.
The time when the lazy man is sleeping, the diligent is either setting up a new plan, seeing to the progress of an existing plan and how checking up on the executed plans.
- Talk: Of a truth, the mouth is given to all to utter words but it shouldn't be every discussion that you should be engaged in. You are only to talk when what you'll say will be of importance. If you have nothing good to say, say nothing at all because whatever you say goes into record, either on paper or in the mind. Restricting yourself from unnecessary discussions will hinder you from been drained of thinking power.
- Food: The importance of food cannot be overemphasized. Even at that, restrictions must be placed on:
+what you eat
+where you eat
+whose food you eat
+what time you eat
+how you eat
NOTE:
If you are given to the appetite of sleep, definitely great opportunities will slip off you.
If you are given to the appetite of talk, you'll lost virtues so easily.
If you are given to the appetite of food, tame it because such person soon become a fool when full of food.

You want to live? Then seek all you want in a pure and righteous way. It only wealth gathered in truth that will make the owner live a happy and a peaceful life.

1. THE FAITH AND THE FAITHFULNESS OF CHRIST'S CONVERTED SERVANTS

True servants of Christ are characterised by faith, obedience and faithfulness to God. And submit to God as Lord and master
Hebrews 11:6,8,27; Faith is the foundation of Christian experience. Faith first, before forsaking sin and following Christ.
Ephesians 2:8-10; Acts 15:9; Galatians 2:20
There is faith and there is faithfulness. You must stand solidly on faith before faithfulness; you must be established in faith before faithfulness. Without faith there is no faithfulness.
God expects:
_Faithfulness in little and big things
_Faithfulness in the secular and spiritual matters
_Faithfulness in the public office and private engagement
_Faithfulness in marriage and family
_Faithfulness in money matters and business dealings
_Faithfulness in paying debts and rents
_Faithfulness in fulfilling promise made to man and God

Faithfulness is a scarce commodity which is hard to find.

I pity those men who run greedily after strange women. The tinkling of her feet might have created a sound calling for your attention but the direction to which that her feet is going is a terrible place of no return. Many has been victim of hell through her; some preachers have been made to be landlords in hell too. Many a men are languishing in earthly torments of hell because lust after strange women.
A axiom in Yoruba Language goes thus "if you make a stranger your spouse you could have a monster as in-law"
Oh Lord, rid us of the desire to lust after strange women.

STAND FAST; STAND eXCEPTIONALLY ON X-AXIS

STAND FAST; STAND eXCEPTIONALLY ON X-AXIS
An x-axis is the horizontal line on the Cartesian plane. Standing on the x-axis connotatively means you are standing up and erect like the y-axis. This means that you are to so stand in that the blowing winds will not have a bending effect on you.
This ability to stand up tall for Christ is all the happenings all around makes you the uncommon Christian who can not be carried away with the wind of strange doctrines. It also means you have an identity that is easily detected from a far.
Standing with x-axis means you have been blown down by wind to a horizontal position. Which means such a once standing Christian has been brought down to the ground level. But a stand on x-axis makes you upright and have the power to keep your head above all storms in the sea of life

"Never stand with x-axis rather on x-axis. Your head is up with standing on x-axis but you head will be on the same level as your feet on a stand with x-axis"

The major challenge restricting most learned people from believing in God is because they think they have gathered enough knowledge and that they have good understanding. This of course becomes the beginning of their downfalls.
Take note of the divine warning that you should not lean on your understanding. This is because the understanding of man is:
- limited
- frail
- ephemeral
- limiting
- disappointing
Remember you are warned

Lord, give us home with godly fathers and mothers that will instruct and guide us to follow and do Thy will.
