1. TRUE FREEDOM, DISCIPLESHIP AND STEADFASTNESS WITH THE SON
John 8:31,32; Acts 13:43; 14:22; I Timothy 2:15; 4:15,16
It is not enough to hear the word of God daily but that we remain in it. In remaining in it, it must be that:
>Your conscience remains tender and impressed by the word of God
>Your obedience is unquestionable
>Your life becomes purposeful
II Timothy 3:12-14
The continuation on staying in the word brings about advancement in knowledge and freedom (John 8:32,36). The freedom is from sin Romans 6:18, 22; 8:1,2

2. THE FALSEHOOD AND DELUSION OF THE SERVANT OF SIN
John 8:33;
They (the Pharisees) said they were never in bondage of which they have been and were still in bondage - Genesis 15:13; Exodus 1:13,14; Deuteronomy 26:6; Luke 23:1,2; Acts 17:7
John 8:34 - Our title in the church doesn't tske us to heaven. Whosoever is living in sin is a servant of sin. Acts 8:23; II Peter 2:19

> Banishment for sinners - John 8:35; Lamentations 2:14; Psalm 28:3; 101:8; Matthew 7:19,23; 25:41

3. THE FUTURE AND DAMNATION OF THE SLAVES OF SATAN

- Captives of deception - John 8:37; Romans 2:28,29; I John 3:12-15;
- Children of the devil - John 8:44; 6:70; Acts 13:10; I John 3:8
- Cause of their damnation - John 8:45-47

In dealing with any kind of measurements, be careful to be honest because dishonesty in this is a displeasure to God

STAND FAST; STAND GODLY AND GOODLY

STAND FAST; STAND GODLY AND GOODLY
If at any time your goodliness is not of godliness your standing is not good. There is a way he that is standing fast and firm for righteousness measures his goodly deeds. It is totally different from the way the world does. It must have tested positive to the litmus test of God's word.
Any of your giving is not good when is not godly. This is because it must have cost you your good stand in the faith and for the faith. As much as you try to be reckoned with as a goodly person it must not take priority over your being recognised as a goodly person. Your stance in the defence of the truth must not at any point in time be cheaply suppressed because you want to appear good to people around

"Here is the landmark, the good must be of God to be counted as goodliness for who is standing for godliness"

'Unbendable in contest
Unshakeable among corrupters
Unfaltering in conversation
Uncompromising even in conquistadors'
Makes you a firm Christian who is standing firm in the truth.
You became firmer when you are full.
- Full of strong faith not ridiculous as some weaklings
- Full of the scriptures not like rudderless readers
- Full of the Spirit not rattling with words like some people do

"In your fullness you become firmer, get filled everyday. Don't be myopic because there is room for overflowing"

Living righteously does not only deliver from eternal death, it also delivers from earthly death. Let your treasure be that of RIGHTEOUSNESS
