From careful observation, you will notice that being categorised as a fool is as a result of words spoken. So also he that will be counted wise, will still be by his spoken words. The difference mostly is not that they don't know to say, but knowing when to say it and saying it aright is where the wise edge out the fool.
So when you are prompted to speak, speak in the right season and speak aright
